Not a fit yet: Trainerize Pro or Grow plans (Trainerize doesn't offer API access on those), or coaches who don't use Renpho.
How it works

Connect
On a 20-minute call we confirm your Trainerize plan has API access and your clients are on the Renpho account you already use. Keys go into a private settings file, never into code or email.

Brand it
Your business name, logo, colours, kg or lb, and which charts show. You decide what counts as "needs attention": days without a weigh-in, and minimum workout and habit completion.

Every week
The update runs on its own. Open the coach page, message the people who are flagged, and send everyone else their progress page.
What's included
- Coach overview. Who's on track, who needs a conversation and why: a missed weigh-in, low workouts or habits, or weight moving the wrong way.
- A progress page per client. Start, latest and goal weight, progress to goal, and weekly workout and habit completion. Body composition is shown where the scale provides it.
- Your brand. Name, logo, colours and units, set once.
- Plain HTML files. Open, print or send one. No website, login or app for your clients.
- A Google Sheet in your account with the same numbers, ready for Looker Studio if you want a dashboard.
- Name matching across apps. "Jon Carter" and "jon.carter" are matched, and anyone who can't be matched is listed, so nobody is silently dropped.

Installed on your own server or scheduled job, with a handover call, a run guide and 30 days of fixes. After that, $30/hr.
Gyms & studios

Up to 500 clients, multi-coach views, brand styling, up to 3 hours a month of changes, and a monthly 30-minute review call.
Prices in USD. Month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel and no cancellation fee. Your Trainerize, Renpho and Google subscriptions are not included.
Questions
Which Trainerize plan do I need?
Studio or Enterprise. Trainerize only offers API access on those plans. We check this on the first call, before you pay anything.
Does it change anything inside Trainerize?
No. HealthSync reads workout and habit completion from Trainerize and weigh-ins from Renpho. It doesn't edit your clients' programmes. The reports and the sheet are separate files you control.
Is the Renpho connection official?
No. Renpho has no public API, so HealthSync uses community-maintained access, which can change without notice. On the Managed plans, keeping it working is Mohamed's job. We'll talk it through openly on the demo call.
Will it show body fat?
Weight is the core of every report. Body composition is shown where the scale reading includes it, and we confirm what your Renpho account actually returns during setup.
Where does my clients' data go?
- Your Trainerize and Renpho keys stay in a private settings file on the machine that runs the update: your server on Setup only, or a private server Mohamed manages on Managed. They are never put in code, shared documents or email.
- The Google Sheet lives in your Google account and is shared only with named accounts. No "anyone with the link" sharing.
- Client pages are marked so search engines don't index them, and they leave out any medication column from your coach sheet.
- Your client data is never used in marketing. The screenshots on this page are demo data.
- An NDA is available on request.
- HealthSync is not HIPAA-certified. If you run a medical or clinical weight-loss practice, let's talk about your requirements before setup.
What happens if I cancel?
Give 30 days' notice. The sheet and the reports are already yours and stay in your account.
Can I get a refund?
If the Trainerize API turns out not to be available on your plan before the build starts, you get the setup fee back in full. Once the build has started, the setup fee isn't refundable.
Kilograms or pounds?
Either. You choose once in the settings.
Can I see it first?
Yes. Book a 20-minute demo and Mohamed will walk you through the reports on demo data, in your colours if you send your logo.
